01The service

Botsman provides AI assistants that brief you, search, write, review documents, manage calendar/email (with your permission), and present documents out loud. Outputs are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate — use judgement and verify important decisions.

02Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use connected platforms within their terms.

03Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use; no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Only connect data and channels you are authorized to access.
• Do not use the service to violate the rights of others.

04Plans, billing & refunds

Botsman is sold as monthly plans (Moon, Moon Pro and Moon Max), billed in Saudi riyals through our payment processor, Moyasar. Every plan includes Browse, Present and Create; plans differ in their monthly allowances, which are shown on the pricing page and in your account.

Free trial. A new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial. To start it you add a card, which is checked but not charged. When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged its monthly price and renews each month until you cancel. We remind you three days before the first charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.

Changing plan. Moving to a bigger plan is charged when you make the change: the new plan’s monthly price, less a credit for the unused part of the month you already paid for, and a new monthly period starts that day. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect when your current plan renews. During the free trial, changing plan only changes the plan your trial becomes; nothing is charged.

Botsman Tokens. You can buy extra tokens (Botsman Tokens) as a one-time purchase, priced in your account. They are used only after your plan’s monthly token usage runs out, they do not reset at the start of a month, and they stay on your account until used.

Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your account. After a paid period starts, access continues until the end of that period and nothing further is charged. Prices and allowances may change; we tell you before a change applies to you.

05Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you provide. We retain rights to the service, software and brand. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

06Third-party services

Connected platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, payment and AI providers) are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

07Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botsman is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

08Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
