How Botsman works

Three products, one assistant, one memory. What happens between your question and its answer.

01Three products, one assistant

Browse keeps up with your day in chat. Present turns a document into a live, spoken talk. Create plans and writes your posts. Behind all three is one assistant, Botsman, with one memory of how you work.

02Every request finds the right skill

When you ask for something, Botsman first works out what kind of request it is: a catch-up, a search on the web, a piece of writing, a document to review, or something to do on your calendar. The skill that fits answers, and the reply comes back in one voice.

If something it relies on is unavailable, it says so and still answers with what it can.

03It learns as you work

Botsman learns from your conversations, from what you teach it directly, from your company’s website when you sign up with a work email, and, once a day, from the accounts you have connected.

All of it is brought together into one profile that Browse, Present and Create all read, so what one learns, the others know.

04Counted, not guessed

The figures in a briefing, such as how many messages were sent and by whom, are counted by Botsman itself, never estimated by the AI.

Results for your posts come from each platform. A figure the platform did not report is left out rather than shown as zero.

05Where it works

Browse answers on the web and in Slack, Telegram and Microsoft Teams, with the same memory in each. Present works in the room, or screen-shared into Google Meet, Zoom or Teams. Create lives in the Botsman app, beside the other two.
